Where are we located & where to park?
Blue Willow Bridal is located in Downtown Johnson City at 138 W Market St. Johnson City, TN 37604. There is FREE parking along the street or a large parking lot located across the street.
How long does it take for a gown to come in?
A special order can take between 4-6 months. There are rush and "in stock" options for quicker delivery if necessary. Any of our sample gowns can be purchased off the floor as well.
How long is the appointment?
Bridal Consultations are an hour and a half.
Mother's appointments are an hour.
Groom & Groomsmen appointments are half an hour.
Gown Preservation Drop Offs are a brief 15 minutes!
What payment is required at time of purchase?
If a gown is special ordered, full payment is preferred but not required. Half down of total is required and the remaining balance in six weeks or upon arrival and pick up of your gown. Sample dresses bought off the floor require full payment.
