Getting my wedding dress at Blue Willow Bridal was a dream! Hannah was able to cultivate an experience of a lifetime, she took my ideas and made them even better than I could’ve imagined. Her space is so welcoming and warm, making the experience so comfortable. Hannah’s calmness eased my nerves when deciding on the perfect dress for my special day! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere other than Blue Willow 🩵

My bridal dress shopping experience was so amazing here. Hannah's selections were spot-on, and all the dresses were absolutely stunning. Ultimately, I picked the first dress I tried on and I couldn't have been happier with it. I had also gone in with hopes that they would have detachable sleeve options, and they came through! I highly recommend Blue Willow Bridal to anyone in the east TN area.

Sarah was my associate and I could not be happier with my experience here. If I could give more stars, I would. I’m a very indecisive bride who has put so much weight on every wedding decision, especially my dress. Since beginning the process, I’ve tried on 20-30 dresses. My first experience at blue willow was several months ago. I had a great experience then too, also with Sarah. It took several months, but I realized that I had tried my dream dress on in the first appointment. Sarah was so patient with me and super supportive of all my crazy requests. She was very calming and reassuring about the whole process. She also shared her excitement for my day with me. You could tell she was super genuine. I would highly recommend this store to ALL brides!!!! The dresses are even prettier in person and they have an amazing selection. Truly a gem for eastern Tennessee/southwest Virginia brides 🤍

The ladies at Blue Willow Bridal are so special! I struggled so much to find my wedding dress, and these gals were so helpful! It took me two appointments to find my dress - and they were patient, major hype girls and honestly just so sweet and easy to talk to! I, of course, walked away with my dream dress. I felt so beautiful on my wedding and am so grateful for Blue Willow Bridal.

Thank you so much for your help and truly making me feel my best on my wedding day! I was able to pick my dress in late December. It was actually the first dress I tried on, and after trying on several other dresses, I knew this was the one because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. No other dress compared.

Blue Willow was a wonderful experience! The ladies took their time with me as I tried on so many styles! They hyped me up and made me feel so special! The timeframe to order my dress and have it in my hands was definitely manageable. I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal experience!
