Blue Willow Bridal is a bridal boutique at 113 Union Street, Erwin, Tennessee 37650. This policy explains what information we collect when you use bluewillowbridal.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it the way we'd explain it to you in the shop.

1. Information you give us

When you book an appointment. Appointments are scheduled through BridalLive, our booking system, which appears on our site inside a booking window. To book, you'll be asked for your name, email, phone number, wedding date, how many people are coming, and optionally your city, state and zip code and how you heard about us. Some appointment types (for example the Champagne Hour experience) require payment details to reserve; those are entered directly into BridalLive and handled by BridalLive and its payment processor. Card numbers are never stored on this website.

When you send us a message. Our contact form asks for your name, email and message. Messages are delivered to us through GoDaddy, which hosts our website. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a real person is submitting it and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

When you opt in to texts. If you tick the SMS box when booking, we may text you about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

If you create an account on our site. Our website platform (GoDaddy) lets visitors create a member account. If you do, GoDaddy stores your login details; we see only what you share with us.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically by us and by services we use:

• Website analytics (Google Analytics and GoDaddy). Which pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or one of our ads), the general area you're browsing from, and your device and browser type. We use this to understand which pages and which advertising bring brides to us.
• Advertising measurement (Meta). We use the Meta pixel so that when you arrive from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we can see whether that ad led to a booking, a call, or a message. Meta may also receive the pages you view on our site.
• Site operation (GoDaddy). Cookies that keep the site working, remember that you've seen our cookie notice, and help GoDaddy protect the site.

This is done with cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser. The main ones:

• _ga, _ga_* — set by Google Analytics. Tells returning visits apart from new ones. Lasts: up to 2 years.
• _fbp — set by Meta. Ad measurement and advertising. Lasts: 3 months.
• _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, x-visitor-id, dps_site_id, _scc_session — set by GoDaddy. Site operation and GoDaddy's own visitor statistics. Lasts: session to 1 year.
• cookie_terms_accepted, cookie_warning_dismissed — set by GoDaddy. Remembers that you've seen the cookie notice. Lasts: 1 year.

We don't use session-recording tools, and our site has no search box, so we don't collect what you type anywhere other than the forms above.

3. How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm and remind you about your appointment
• To answer your messages
• To understand which pages, cities and advertisements bring brides to us, so we can spend our small advertising budget sensibly
• To keep the site working and secure

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Advertising and personalised ads

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Because we use the Meta pixel, Meta may use your visit to our site to show you our ads later (sometimes called retargeting) and to find other people with similar interests. Google may do the same through Google Analytics' advertising features.

You can limit this:

• Meta: adjust your Ad Preferences or turn off "Ads shown off of Meta" in your Meta accounts settings.
• Google: visit Google Ads Settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Your browser: block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to use cookies for analytics or advertising on our site, and our tracking stays off for that visit.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with companies that help us run the boutique and the website, and only for that purpose:

• BridalLive — appointment scheduling and payments (privacy policy)
• GoDaddy — website hosting, contact form, member accounts, site statistics (privacy policy)
• Google — analytics, tag management, fonts, reCAPTCHA (privacy policy)
• Meta — advertising measurement and advertising (privacy policy)
• Kirby Web Works — the company that maintains our website and reporting on our behalf

We'll also share information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Appointment and contact records are kept in BridalLive and our email for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and in aggregate form after that.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop texting or emailing you. Tennessee doesn't currently require a business our size to offer these rights, but we think they're just good manners.

8. Children

Our site and services are meant for adults planning a wedding. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS. Booking and payment details are handled by BridalLive and its payment processor, which are designed for that job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and only work with established providers.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
