Blue Willow Bridal wants every bride, and everyone who comes along to help her choose, to be able to use this website. We are working to make bluewillowbridal.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, or magnification.

The standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the yardstick for this site. We are not claiming full conformance today. This page describes what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something is getting in your way.

What we have done so far

Images that carry information, such as the designer collections and price ranges on our Designers page, have written descriptions for people who cannot see them. Phone numbers and email addresses are real links that open your phone or mail app. Pages have descriptive titles, and we review the site for problems each time we make changes to it.

Known limitations

Online appointment booking is provided by BridalLive, a third-party scheduling service embedded on our site. We do not control its code, and it may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site. If you have any trouble booking online, call or email us and we will happily book your appointment for you. Some older photos and decorative images may not have full descriptions yet; we add them as we find them.
